Manny Hernandez, Production Supervisor, has been in the Title insurance business since 1995, starting out in the Survey department at First American Title Insurance Company of New York, where he responsible for setting up surveys for inspection, following up with clients on all survey matters, and ordering new surveys. As a result he has developed long lasting relationships with numerous surveyors through out the counties of Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Kings, Richmond, New York and Westchester. After joining Seaport Title Agency he also assisted in taking applications, ordering departmental searches and answering heavy volume of phone calls concerning file matters.
